Before I get into this, I must point out that sissies exist in the entire range from totally gay to totally heterosexual. While it’s true that many ostensibly heterosexual sissies are in denial about their gayness, it’s also true that many apparently gay sissies are what I call “Libertines”. They indulge in self emasculation for deeply psychological and sexual reasons that are not always gay, although gay can be good.

Let us examine why many women are drawn to sissy males. There are several basic camps. One is the codependency camp. Another is simply a loving soul with enormous empathy and appreciation for the sissy experience. Yet another type of woman loves a heterosexual sissy as her intimate partner who is sometimes submissive. And some women are into it just for cold hard cash.

There are times when no sissy can resist the lure of a woman who projects either a dominant image, a masculine tomboy image or a motherly “Aunt Betty” personality. Many a modern sissy loves the exchange of power involving feminization at the hands of a woman. This desire comes in many flavors. The most common is commercial dominance, where the client pays and the domina enjoys nothing about the client except the cash and the control.

Then there is the sincere domina, who truly enjoys her sissy, often with love, partnership or at least deep friendship, but does not collect payment or abuse her sissy. A third kind involves role reversal where the woman is a tomboy, lesbian, bisexual or feminist who simply enjoys sissies. There is also the wife or unmarried woman who has a cuckold partner who enjoys assisting her to meet and mate with a man. There is the hetero or bi woman who enjoys the entertainment of drag queens in gay cabarets.

And there is the far less common hetero or bi woman who enjoys either a woman-loving or man-loving sissy for kinky hetero intimacy or for platonic “sibling” intimacy, something rare and sought after by millions of sissies.

To be clear, the word sissy here refers primarily to gay, bi, and hetero males who resort to periodic or full time self-emasculation that in turn often but not always means true feminization. It refers to many but not all gay males. It refers especially to males who are either transvestite or transgendered. In order to understand what might bring a woman and a sissy to mutual attraction, one must take on a psychological curiosity and cast a glance upon the modern fetish movement, its Libertine soul, and perhaps the Marquis de Sade or certain other historical perverts.
